pondxpert variflow 30000 error
Hi all the last 2 weeks twice I have gone out to check and found the above pump stopped with "error" flashing on the display anyone had similar? pump on the way out ? its a pain as it flows through heater so as the flow stops the heater trips also. A simple power off/on reset fixes it but need to get to the bottom of the problem
Any info appreciated Brian

Hi Brian
You should have a error code.

can I ask what size pipe work you are running out of the pump and also feeding it? if it is under 2 inch you could have a flow rate problem or if your using a lot of pipe bends this can also effect the flow rate.

What size pipework is into heater as if it’s an in-line electric one that as 1 1/2 inch inlet and outlet and same on the uv they could be restricting flow can you by pass them both for a while see if that rectifys the issue then if it’s ok you have your answer they are restricting flow and heater stops because not enough flow

Thx for your reply's its been fitted for over 2 years with no fault all pipework is 2" as for the fault code it comes up with just the word "error" which points towards an older controller, been in touch with pondxpert and he says to monitor and if it happens again to replace just the controller
Every day feeding container?
Good shout, I'll have a look at Takazumi :)
