I've been with ISPs that offer multiple static IPs for a bundle one off charge.
I'm with Plusnet and paid a fiver to keep a static IP for life. Never enquired of I can have multiples but don't see why I couldn't.

@YouMustComply, this is great. I just checked into your camera stream expecting only to see darkness (well snow as others have said) only to find this....

What model camera are you using? Does it need to have a laptop or PC on all the time? The picture quality looks very good and exactly what I am looking for.

Barlus underwater camera's.
No need for a laptop to be on, they have their own web server built in!
I bought 2 after seeing this for my own pond.

It's relatively easy, but not fool proof.
So, the camera has a cable attached (obviously), which is basically at Cat5 network cable. This goes out to a junction box which has a power input on it (not supplied in the box from memory), the device is basically powered using PoE (Power over Ethernet). So, if you are plugging it into a network switch that has PoE, then the switch will power it up. If not, then you need to plug in a power adapter to power the camera.
There is no wifi on the device, it runs only on the Cat5 cable, if you have no hard wired ethernet near your pond, then you will either need to run a network cable down there, or add a wireless bridge device (either wifi or power plug type extenders) to your network so that you have an ethernet port in the vicinity of your pond.
Once you have the camera connected to your network, you can then log in using the out of the box IP address and then configure it. This is where the fun begins, I say this, because the default language is..... Chinese! And it's not immediately obvious how to change it! . Once you have got past that obstacle, you will be able to configure the camera easily from there on it.
If you want the re-streaming approach as indicated in this thread for multiple simultaneous viewers, then you will need some more equipment to host the re-streaming service and to spend some time reading up! However, if it's just you looking at the camera, you can do this using the web browser interface, or by installation of a free app on your phone. Note that the app will only connect to the camera when your phone is attached to your home network.
As a note, if you do have a PoE switch to power the camera (or would rather use a PoE injector instead of a power supply), you can cut the white junction box with the power adapter off and re-terminate the cable with a cat 5 plug. I did exactly this as I needed to pull the cable through the wall of my pond during construction rather than hanging it over the edge.
The cameras are very sturdy built stainless steel items, quite impressed with them apart from the Chinese interface at start up!
I did have one in my quarantine tank temporarily to test the setup, but they've just been transferred to the main pond that I'm constructing and the network isn't all up and running at the moment, so I can't get any screenshots currently, but should be able to in the next few weeks.
Hope that helps.

Glad this thread got revived!

Quick question - have you had any health issues in the pond since having the camera in there?
I’ve spoken to a couple of dealers since yesterday who’ve mentioned zinc poisoning from the cases of certain cameras resulting in ulcers and fish deaths.

Not had any issues for the 3+ months I've had one in my 750 gal QT. I'm wondering if the "Zinc" poisoning refers to a camera that is Zinc coated Steel rather than food grade Stainless Steel which the Barlus camera is? The thread starter has had his camera longer though, so may have more to add.
