Is there much of an overhang on the weir it’s hard to see from the pic, just be carful the water doesn’t creep back underneath it and onto your coping stones.

How much did you say you we're going to run through that?.
I'm thinking about the surface area and the outlet you have. You may get a fair bit if splash over the sides if that exit ramp.
Looks very well built though.

The recommended flow rate from Dr Novak is, as much as possible. A turnover rate of once per hour would be good. The theory is that the quicker the ammonia is removed the better. This prevents the nitrogen cycle taking place in other areas of the pond.

Yes Miles the baskets turned up today with a 48 hr post on it
so don't know if the company had them in there warehous flaged as despatched and only looked at them when i complained
