I’ve been told from a very reliable source that you can wire the uv into the control panel which enables the uv to be switched off when the lid is opened.

Just a matter of cutting the 3 pin and putting the 2 pin and plugging it in is it?

Best drum Combi filter?
Lol, have just asked Deano, he’s looking into it. They haven’t actually done it themselves, it was a couple of their customers.

Well, I’ve bitten the bullet today and ordered a Synergy 35 drum and amalgam uv.
Should be here Friday so then I can check the size etc and then order my bio chamber to fit..

I finished plumbing my synergy 35 in on Sunday and so far all’s good. No issues apart from deciding how low to set the float switch so that it’s not flushing every 10 minutes.! At the moment it’s flushing once every hour which I’m happy with but should probably reduce it to about 40 minutes.
What is the norm to have these drums flushing?

as youve only just fitted sweets i would have it cleaning more frequently until it gets rid of the muck, mine clean every 15mins until they get fed then they stir crap up on bottom and it can drop to every 5 mins for an hour lol, although my drum screens are 39 micron so they take out tinier bits out,i actually contacted tony at draco to see if he would sell me some larger micron screen mesh which he will,so thats next years job, going up to 59 micron ,,,andi
