Watched a Pondguru youtube vid t'other day and he was advertising the new Blagdon Air Pumps, 3 sizes, looked ok, they weren't that expensive either, from what I remember.

Uvs ive always used TMC with no issues.if that thing exploded in my filter house and soaked my pump which broke it i would be at EA to refund dechlorinator and replace air pump free of charge due to their NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE unit causing the damage.oh and if they wanted to get funny i would inform them of how bad press kills companies.and as they admitted it happens then they have admitted guilt of a faulty product they are supplying to consumers.see how that works...andi

Great post, consumer/trading standards could be interested to, especially with them admitting there's a fault with them .

the good thing nowadays for the consumer is the internet, all these forums and koi sites, which is bad for the manufacturers and suppliers,we have a problem now its not just a phone call,we can email and as glenn has said they email back, and said it happens, well theres the proof that theyve sold a product thats faulty, and as that product has caused damage to another product then it is their legal resposibilty to replace both or give you what they are worth as i wouldnt want a replacement faulty product again, and we all know that the internet is great for ruining a companies reputation, which takes years to build up but only takes one negative to cost them money,me personally i would be pestering the hell out of them until they gave me what i wanted,as my dad says" i aint no dog so dont ask me to just rollover" lol,,andi
