    Water change

I set my pond up a month ago and added dechlorinater etc and left it a cpl of weeks before adding any fish .
I'm now starting to think about water changes. Reading posts do i assume i have to treat and top up water before adding to pond or can i drain 10% fill with hose and add dechlorinater into pond again..
My previous ponds where when i was a teenager and were nothing more than the small fibre glass preforms with a fountain.
I'm trying to do it properly this time but as a hobby not a breeder.

Run hose through a 3 pod dechlorinator but also use sodium thiosulphate crystals to neutralise any chlorine they dont catch...andi
