    Finally starting again,

    Hello everyone,
2 years ago I was starting a pond in my house then my wife got pregnant so having a child and a pond build wasn’t going to happen,

now my dads moved house he wants a new pond, got him to get a 12ftx8ft wooden raised pond,
now I have all the gear from my build eg bottom drains air lines bead filter uv etc
but I can’t remember what order they go in,

i cant even find any instructions on how to pipe up the bead filer,
now im a plumber by traded so I know it’s not hard to work out,
just wondering if someone could be the best way to do out,

little about the pond, it’s got a air rated bottom drain, then into the filter house where everything will be,
there will be a skimmer and I will be adding a sieve to the mix to,

so so do I put sikimmer and bottom drain into the sieve
    then
    pump
    bead filter
uv and back to the pond?

i know it’s long winded but that’s for your help,
also I was a member of Liverpool koi club which I will be restarting

That order is fine some might argue that the UV should be before the flitter but I don't think it's critical.

on the plumbing side I will depend on the precise bead you have but the thread below includes info on bypasses etc an might be of some help.

    6000g in ground koi pond
    +3000g lily/Anoxic pond attached
    29 koi (40 to 65cm)
Bottom drain, Mid water & Skimmer to Drum
JBR boichamber->Blue eco 500 pump ->below surface return.
Blue Eco 240 -> Large MB -> Waterfall -> Planted Anoxic pond (25 baskets)
