Depends...Niagara Falls or a slow dribble?
How much “head” are you pumping and through what pipe sizes?
I’ll take a stab in the dark and presume it’s just above pond height... get a variable speed 18000/20000 and wind it up or down as required, preferably down.
In pond or out of pond?
Jabeo from fish street for £100 ish
Aquaforte DM variable £225 ish
Auga Varioflow £450 ish
Flowfriend £1600 plus
Loads of others, pays yer money and all that.
There’s a bewildering choice.
There’s a video on YouTube of an Aquaforte pumping over a shower which might give you some idea of how much ooooomph a pump of that capacity will do.

I've got a 800mm blade above my pond, the pump is on ground level and the blade is 1m higher. The pump is 12000 but is too powerful and some of the water is directed into the pond.
Hope that helps.

My waterfall blade will be around 15" above the water.
I've been told 8000 lph should be okay

Running heater at low temp?
Covering the pond with polycarb should be enough to stop water temps dipping below 6C for the most...
