Sequence pump not drawing enough water

Really getting frustrated with my setup of late and trying to find out the cause. Ive got it in my head that the pump isn't drawing though the volume of water that it once did, its a sequence 1200 and the pond is around 10,000 litres.

It did get a little damp a while ago in an equipment bay flood but didn't skip a beat and kept working. Is it possible that it could be operating at reduced capacity? What would I need to do or check?

    Thanks in advance!

    Rob

    Hi Rob,
Sequence pumps are quite bullet proof but if the elec part is allowed to get wet it can die but i dont know if it would slow it down a bit.
Does the return look or feel slow a 1200 should give a good flow.
I have two 750 sequence and been running for 15yrs till the mec seals failed,so i recon the seals and bearings good as new now, though i treated myself to a Jebao 18000 variable from Fish st great pump and very cheap so i keep one sequence spare.

If you had a pump guy who you could take it to be checked out.
    John
