Replacing 80% of pond volume
Hello, I need to get to my bottom drain and lighting next week. My pond is about 6weeks into being cycled with 5 small koi. The pond volume is 12,000litres. I will need to remove roughly 8-10k litres. Can I replace this with new water(obv declorinated) or will I need to store if for a day and replace? Thanks

Hi Mark1609
Do you have any facility to pump any of the pond water into a holding tank? Even if it's 2000 litres. Or move the fish to a holding tank using pond water.
Is the pond new? And did the fish go into a fresh fill from dechlorinated water or is the water from a previously established pond?
Why do you need to get to the bottom drain and lights?
