Are the sticks sinking food col? If not that could be why they are struggling. I think orchard fisheries sturgeon food is highly reccomended to what ive seen on here. I only ask as sticks tend to be floating food.

Buy frozen blood worm and mash them up , soak the OF sturgeon pellets in it to take on the scent until they have softened

The blood worm pellets are a waste of time there treats with no long term value .

just a update on the sturgeon i have had them about 3 weeks and they are all feeding now i notice that one is slower to feed and its body shape is thinner than the others ,i think it was just a settling in thing ,i am very pleased that i have them its given me a new interest over the winter .when you consider what a fish goes thru going from breeder to dealer chased about at the dealers, different water parameters at each place it goes, and lets face it we all think we now best .i have kept fish for over 50 years and still learning .i did have a problem when i first got them as my ph was higher in the qt tank (400 gallons )than in my main pond and i realized that i had made a mistake as the qt tank was full of old water that had not been used but i kept it full for emergency use . does old water alter as i think it did if you know better please say so as its all education in the end .sorry to go on .
