    Hi Dave

I am also interested in the cost per barrel as I need to get some for the summer.

Also what cleaning regime you have?

The cost was around £90 a keg with a big delivery charge on top.

In context though the solutions are dissolved down by a factor of around 20 so a keg give you circa 150 cleans..

My process is simple, Tub with "stuff" in warmed to 30C, pressure pump connected to the tub, permeate and waste diverted to return to the tub. Circulate at low pressure for 15 minutes and then allow to stand for a further 15 mins and then repeat .

Whether this is right is another matter, sure the techie Guys at Acepta would provide advice..

After cleaning I simply flush all to waste for a good 30 minutes.

    Just reading through this thread.
if pond recycling blocks the ro membrane, how often generally would it last.
also if the water was pumped straight after the uv would this reduce the blocking of the membrane?
