What i like most about your garden john. From all different angles. It gives different affects. Every photo gives a great affect. I believe also if the fish are brought up in that heat and climate. There used to it. And can adapt. As you say 11 years. They can handle the heat.

Did nt know that mate. On hornsea
Chippy. Shame. I love there fish and chips.
My pond gear and lighting is all remote control to. Had to take my top pond water shute pump off the remote though. As my grand baines kept playing and turning it off. Haha
And it runs my drum from bottom drain. Nice and sunny this morning.
Going to clean my pond floor this morning. With pressure washer. On a 7 foot pole. Tried pond vac. Will not touch it. Did it once last year like this. Bottom drain sucks it all out after blast. And cleans it as well.
Nice day today here. Still only 2c. Going up to 12c today. Have a good un mate

A few more photos . The last is a stream bed that’s not finished yet but it’s used as a run off for the water when I clean the filters

you bought it in hulls b&q. haha. mine was put in by an electrician. so he acquired the remote system from his place wholesalers of buying all his gear. so i got it at discount.
last year i emptied the pond fully and cleaned. all of it. i had black algi. but thats another story. my bio mass is fully mature now. in filters and pond. so had to find a way of cleaning the
bottom with out emptied the pond. and this way worked. pond floor is great now. i never touched the sides. i left that alone. to keep the biomass. after all once mature. the pond its self is one big filter.
that stream your working on. is that going to run into your pond. or is this going to be separate.
