- UV lighting for a QT system

Not as flexible as that but then it’s not for the same application and it has the advantage of a smooth bore.
I’ve used it on my skimmer overflow as couldn’t be bothered to fabricate some convoluted route out of plastic

It may not have worked for my set up as I have got some relatively tight bends due to the lack of space. Still good to know for future projects though

Is there any specific tubes that need to be used and will they work through the cover of the vapour proof fitting?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
I know this won't help here Firm sorry, but I'm wondering if a Polycarbonate roof would be suited to a filter room, in letting enough light in, not sure if I want to put a window in the filter/tank room?

You've got to remember this stuff is HEAVY duty (you can jump up and down full weight on it no problems) but it's really flexible over 10c and over about 15c it's limp almost like massive silicone aquarium tubing ... one of the few really good products well worth spending money on ... although if you shop around it's really not that expensive.
Mind you I've never used massive diameters just loads of it up to 1.5" ... I wouldn't buy anything else now, it lasts forever and being weldable it's great for all the little DIY things I like to get stuck into ...

Not sure on that Tom, but I'm sure someone else will be able to answer that for you. I've got the same problem with no windows in the garage.

Running heater at low temp?
Covering the pond with polycarb should be enough to stop water temps dipping below 6C for the most...
