In a bit of a state this morning.
Was walking with my 9yr old grand daughter yesterday when she decided she wanted to play tick, told here I wasnt playing but in the end chased her and guess what I fell over, cut all my hands arm and shoulder blood everywhere.
When I got home I had to pick the gravel out what a mess, and I hadn't had a drink!!!
That's me out of action for a couple of days.John

Sorry to hear that John, sounds very painful. I hope you get back to normal ASAP. Have you got any Arnica? I think that's what it is called, never tried it myself but I know loads of people that have and it speeds up your recovery time. Cuts and bruises that normally take a week or more to fully disappear take days when using it.

I have spelt it right John but don't know how to put links on here via my phone. I just Googled it and it came up straight away. It is a herbal remedy apparently so worth a try.

the best modification for an eazypod, Is made by swinging a large axe repeatedly at it, till it will comfortably slide inside your wheelie bin

What a surprise, you having something bad to say about an Eazy Pod
Well until I have the time, space and money to replace it that's not going to happen.

Actually it was Anne, but I am ambidextrous ( if that's how you spell it) so it hasn't stopped me.
A friend brought a large pad which I have been told to use and it is quite good to be honest,so I have to do as I am told.John
