Had a bit of an odd day, I seem to be just fitting flexi rubber boots and various bits of pipe then altering them. Had to remove the FTC on the bottom of the barrel filter as I noticed it was cracked much more than I originally thought. Made a bit of progress on the waste water systems and the return pipe work from the pump is the tank.
Will put the photos up tomorrow when I get chance.

Morning Fred.
Hopefully I might have some more luck today and if I get time do some more on the pipe work etc today. Looks like I will still need some more bits and maybe a rethink on some positions of the pump and waste system?

Did you fix that broken piece.
The best way i plan something for me anyway. Is to sit in a chair. About
6 to 10 feet away. With a nice cold beer. And stare at the problem. And a plan comes into my head.
When i was on the oil rig. As foreman supervisor. Wheather it be rigging or crane work. Scaffolding
Or pumpmans work.
Getting planning done for next day
Permits and all that. Safety
I used to just stand there for about an hour. And plan. It works.
Then i would go for a ciggy. Go back
And see if i could see anything different.
I am old school.
Good luck with it today mate
Fred

Lol, if I sat down with even a coffee in my hand and thought about what I was doing that would be it for me game over lol I started on it yesterday mid morning and didn't stop until well gone 8pm. I don't have a visitor mid afternoon for half hour or so which gave me time for a tea but apart from making a can of Pepsi Max last all day that was all I stopped for. No wonder I was knackered but the time I finished putting the stuff back in the garage.

Got home early afternoon and thought I'd have a few hours on the pipe work to get as far as I can do to yesterday's FTC FUBAR
Moved stuff out of the garage decided to lift the pump up so Eazy Pod waste would go under the pipe going to the pump then refitted the unions on the inlet and outlet of the pump that I took off yesterday so I could fit the pump where I thought I wanted it and then realised it was in a bit of a awkward place. Took off the 2" pipe that runs under the barrel filter to the pump and was just about to start cutting a T into the BD pipe work then got called out and that was the afternoon gone

Last lot of photos from yesterday
Pump connected and return to tank altered as I couldn't get the 45s to work as I thought I could do. Last photo is how I intend to add an extra valve so I can drain the tank down 100% at any time.

Will try to get a bit more done on the pipe work if I get time today and if it's not raining and also try to work out what I can do about the waste connection for the barrel filter. Do I refit another FTC or go a slightly different route?

Few photos of today's progress.
Photos 1 to 4 Trying to sort out the waste outlet and system for both filters. Don't know why photo 4 is upside down
Photo 5 Altered the BD pipe work so I can drain the tank 100%.

Still need to sort out the FTC on the bottom of the barrel filter and finish off connecting the wastes to the water butts etc.
Do I need to put a slide valve on the inlet of the Eazy Pod or will the one on the BD pipework do the job?
Got to order up some more bits now once I've had a think about how to do the various remaining bits and pieces.
