Hi all I have reopened this topic has it is still about my drum experience. So after fitting my new Draco drum I sat back and let it do all the work till I Finely got bored so I decided to make my pond bigger has we all do. Not started yet but in planning so will need a second bottom drain which means I needed a third in let on my Draco soulmate 25 so I called Tony to see if it could be done. Tony’s reply was bring it over and I will fit one for you so a trip to Draco I made. Not only did Tony fit a third inlet he Also replaced the drum seal and new up grade ring and replaced the wash valve with a update and made me a cut off switch to turn off pumps if a problem occurs. The cost of all this NOTHING THATS RIGHT NOTHING. tony would not take a penny and that my friends is why I went for a Draco drum so if your out there Tony thanks again mate your a legend

when i first got my draco for the nexus. i had problems. tony offered to come all the way to Hull. to put my problem right, and i will never forget that. Gentleman.
in the end i solved it. so there was no need. the problem was not dracos or tony s fault . it was down to the mesh having a protection on the screen. pressure washer did the trick.
i will never forget the offer though. and in my eyes spot on. nice one tony.

Nice one Rich and of course Tony that is service for you never get better than that.
I have the Solum 25 as well Rich and not had a problem at all with it and never had to clean the screen as it is plumbed into the mains water.
Is the extra inlet 4ins? Maybe an optical illusion but looks smaller.
Pleased for you Rich and once again well done Tony.John

looks spot on,im guessing its a 3" fitting,so 2 x 4" originals for bds and an extra 3" for the skimmer line, well thats how i would have it lol, andi

Hi sorry for the late reply. Well it seems like the koi pond will have to wait a bit. I now have been told my bad knee needs a op to put it right and the fact that I am self employed means the pond fund will have to go to time off for recovery time from op koi law strikes again! Am still looking for this year but later than sooner it seems
