No I only have a sports car for personal use and only live in a fairly small semi detached house. The van is a 12 plate bought with what I made from selling my previous car and the car was bought from the money I was given as an inheritance. The business was set up and run for the first 6 to 12 months on the redundancy money I got for being on a firm for nearly 30 years which was very little compared to some of the redundancy payments I hear about. So as a self employed electrician I make just enough to keep things going and have fish plus a QT so no where near what you lot think.

HSE officer a fair move, always work in that direction these days.
We know your dream is to move down South, but you just wouldn't cut it (pun) as a tree surgeon.
'Cos there ain't no trees left down here.
Even all the back garden trees have been cut down as people replace them with outbuildings which they rent out, usually to migrant workers.

If i can stock it will be with nisa, strong hardy fish, then again there's place down here where they breed their own so they are pretty hardy, was down there recently and he's got 6 thousand young fish in his mud ponds, doubt many if any are show quality [won't bother me that though], but he'll definitely have plenty of decent fish to choose from, all about funds though after the pond spend.
He treats his mud ponds with Chicken manure pellets to start the ammonia process off, first I'd heard of that, but it clearly works

Fill it with water and it will stop it moving around when pouring the base, also allows you to check same time.
I kept water in mine until I was ready to fibreglass.
