The cracks are approximately where I've added them to this picture but the right one is a bit in more than I've drawn, about 4-6" in from the actual inside corner:

Thanks for the kind offer. Hopefully I'll cope alone, but very good to know nearby help is available if things get tough.
Think you are right, the repair that feels most comfortable would be to knock out the collar, well, preferably just a section of the collar, and rebuild, tying the new section in with the existing. Only problem is that its a 2 day job and I don't have 2 consecutive days off between now and my holiday. When I come back its gonna be bloody freezing cold so I'll then want to put it off till next spring.
I'm moving onto nights tomorrow, which means I'm home tomorrow day, so that's my best chance to get something done.
Any repair has to be done with the sleepers kept in situ. This complicates the repair, but the sleepers are re-barred through that concrete collar and deep into the ground. Had to sledge hammer the rebar through and it took around 15 mins for each piece. Only way to get it back out is to burn the sleepers in situ.
Oh, can't lower water level long term now I've got a gravity fed drum.

Another option is to postcrete them in, but don't want to go down that road as it becomes too permanent for what might only reliably be a temporary repair.
The builder I spoke to is convinced the helifix kit will work as he's used it on structures carrying heavy roofs which he says push the brickwork outwards.

Maybe another easy idea would be to follow the same principle as the helifix kit.
Grind out a long chunk of concrete across the crack, half fill it with resin, then push rebar into it horizontally, top up with resin, then fill back in with mortar and make good.

Honestly bud I would seriously consider the bottle jack idea, dig a good size hole infront of the damaged edge fill it with concrete and rubble when you have a solid base to work from insert the bottle jack and jack it back into place then fill with concrete , atleast it will be pushing a plug of concrete down and away into soil, if you get me, I really think it would work , I know a similar method is sometimes used to stop subsidence in buildings

At that location I'd say its about 4" below ground and 8" above ground.
Some build pics:

To be honest with you RS you may not have enough below ground level. But I am not a builder, it is just a comment. Also you may not of compacted the concrete in that particular area and maybe got trapped air where the crack is. The width of the collar could be a concern too

You are right about the trapped air.... Obviously never noticed it till now, but look in the far left corner on the 3rd pic you quoted and you can see gaps and they are almost exactly where the crack is.
There is a lot of hardcore in there so that had the potential to allow for air gaps.

Can you not cut out the damaged part of the collar and use a couple of tubs of this in with concrete mix.
This is quick setting agent which may or may not set the concrete quicker

Yep, that would be ideal, exactly the type of thing I've been searching for.
Been worrying myself silly over this. Things like this bother the hell out of me until they are permanently sorted.... Even my mum said I should call in sick for a couple of days to get it sorted, but that's just not me.
Don't have a concrete cutting grinder otherwise I'd try and get the whole job done tomorrow prior to night shift.

There must be a agent that you can put in with the concrete to set it quicker? Have you spoke to a concrete mixing company to ask. Then maybe with a few of us we may be able to knock this out in a day. Although I must admit I am tied up this weekend, so it will have to be next weekend, if I can help out.
