First koi pond, no going back now!

So far so good with the build, except the weather is turning and we’ve had several days of torrential rain. Sub floor poured ready for final float and finishing, upper pond being finished on Friday. Rain forecast again for tomorrow so sump pumps to the ready again.
going to fit a box welded liner, any advice re recommendations for good suppliers, or things to be mindful of when ordering. Will be lining the sides of the pond with 20mm insulation and using underlay too.
Will post more photos, weather permitting on Friday.

For your Box Welded Liner, email Richard Clapham at Atlantica Gardens for a quote on a 1mm EPDM liner including flange, underlay and delivery. If you want my details etc to say I recommended him just drop me a PM.
Of 5 quotes he was cheapest for my last liner, but Koi Water Barn price matched him and delivered for free (probably because I'd recently spent money with them).
Just had another liner delivered yesterday from him (well, they come directly from Gordon Low actually), and again he was cheapest, this time by a long shot, over £100 cheaper in a couple of cases and £40 cheaper than the next best price I got. KWB didn't even reply to my quote request this time.
The liner I just had delivered is 1mm EPDM measuring 4.8 x 2.4 x 1.2m and it came to £404 delivered including underlay.

Lol Feline, and apologies to Leyland,
i know its my profession, and its always easy to criticise some body else's work, so generally I just say nothing and let folks blunder on seemingly happy, but some of the brickwork / blockwork I see on pond build threads, even done by supposed professionals...…...well its just poor, really poor sometimes, and I dont particularly mean this build.
Its funny, with ponds everybody seems really happy to try to save a few quid by paying cash to some site bricky to just throw it up in 2 days, but then they go and spend more on one fish, than they wanted to pay for the whole brick work.
