Leaking pond help?
I have a couple of small leaks that I am trying to seal and need some advice on best method / products to use.
I have a 5ft deep pond (fibreglassed) and the top 2ft is then random stone. I applied a silicon seal joint around the joint where the random stone meets the fibreglass and then applied a 6" bead of G4 over the stone /fibreglass to create a 2nd seal. This has lasted absolutely fine for about 12 years, but lately the leak has started through the wall and it looks like it is around the mortar joint? I have drained it down below the joint and jet washed the area ready to reseal.
what is the best product to use to seal- should I just use G4 again and dollop a load of coats on?, I have read that it doesn't work on cracks just mortar so not sure if it will be sufficient?

thanks for that It looks like the right stuff , but I have used 4 coats of G4 and idealseal for extra comfort. Have not got a clue where the leak is but given it a good coverage this weekend so fingers crossed I will fill back up tomorrow to give plenty of curing time.
