I used to have terrible problems with the airline on mine blocking every 2-3 months and having to open up the air holes with a cocktail stick - no fun hanging upside down into a Nexus 200.....

I fixed it with bigger air holes and turning the air line over, so the holes were on the bottom - not had a problem for 2 years since I did it: https://www.pondhacker.net/single-po...us-200-Upgrade

you take manifold off and push airline hose inside the rubber bend the manifold was in and fasten the clips over it,simples, unless you want to run multiple things off your air pump, then you would need to put a bit of 4mm pipe on and use a 4mm to 10mm id adaptor, something like this, but you would have to go 4-6 and 6-10mm,andi https://www.amazon.co.uk/10mm-6mm-PL...DCN7CRTJ9YVGPP

    Hi andi
i ve 4 pipe/stones into the pond and 1 to the Nexus ,
. I improvised and put a piece of other airline on first then the 10mm over. fastened with a bulldog , works a treat , only thing it made no difference to the other size airline , still only half the Nexus aerated . Then I find that one of the connectors is cracked and leaks air , so now have to buy new connectors .

next problem is that manifold going in the Nexus will be the same size as the one attached to the air pump , 4mm connector and 10mm airline . How does one attach this .

Jeez will it ever end .

What you coul do with is finding somewhere local that deals with garages and specifically compressors and air equipment. We have a place near us called c.a.g.e.s compressed air garage equip services.you could walk into a place like that and tell them what you want and they would sort it.andi

What is the water level in the outer chamber, it needs to be up to the level of the overflow pipe at least, above is better, not enough water in the outer section and K1 filled to the max it will struggle to turn it over, I had the same once, the pump was pulling to much through the Nexus so there was not enough water in the outer chamber for the K1 to turn over.
