Going with 2x2" returns. I might add in a "spare" while I'm about it, but am I right in thinking that if they're at opposing ends of the pond (pointing clockwise round the BD) I can run a 2" from the return pump then tee off to each individual return and balance with ball valves?
My longest run is going to be around 8m and the shortest is 4m.(from pump...will pick one with some ooooomph obvioulsy). Will try and minimise the number of bends
Those that you normally have closed, leave them a tiny bit open to prevent water stagnating in the pipe.

Useful advice ta. Had a rethink and now have 1x2Ē pumped and 1x4Ē gravity (will be from shower located remotely)
Just wondering how many fish will do a Salmon impersonation and try swimming up a 4Ē pipe
Maybe some kind of mesh over it might be a good idea, hmmmm

Should be about 3000g I reckon, we should run a sweepstake
Looks great. I wanted an infinity window but my chamfer is a bit shorter than yours so was a bit nervous about the strength of the corners even with rods in so bottled out.
Going to clad mine in Oak I think. Originally I fancied going for an Antoni GaudŪ styleee mosaic but havenít got the time or artistic flair to do it so bottled that too!
