    Ouch thats a big drain mate! Why not get a fish tank builder to supply and install the glass? There insurance covers breakages and some of them have snazzy silicone guns that are air powered. Produces a cracking finish. Oops, no pun intended. Here we go again.....my pond build Mk 4

    4600 Gallon Concrete Block and Fiberglass
    2100 mm x 710 mm Infinity Window 32mm thick glass
    2 x Aerated Bottom Drains and Skimmer
    Filtreau HiFlow 30 Drum Filter
    Bio Chamber - 140 litres K1
    Bakki Shower - 30 KG Sakura Far Infrared Media
    2 x 18,000 lh pumps
    Heated from house boiler through a heat exchanger
    Idealseal MS290

    Youve done a great job Ray so neat and tidy well done bet you cant wait to get some fish in there.

    Shower looks great and good flow,though i agree with you in securing it some way as better to be safe than sorry,are you going to enclose it?

    Hi John, thanks. It's been frustrating at times but worth it in the end. I will be enclosing it to match the rest of the pond.

    Thanks Lee. Won it in a Japanese auction at Queni's winter event. Picked her up beginning of May and she has grown 2.5cm already.
