Haha. Completely different wave length.
Had a bath the other night. I am a shower person myself. I use the shower room downstairs. About once a month. Haha only kidding.
New door been fitted. And door frames. Need to paint them. Skirters fitted need to seal them. And touch up. Mirror to fit yet. But its looking good. My son kevin.joinery Floor and tiling. And nephew plumbing. Myself supervisor and tea boy.
Have done a grand job. Our lass can now soak away to her hearts content. Ducks and floaters. And all. Ha ha.

I have looked at them a few times and can't deside to go for one of those or build some frame work and 16mm polycarb. A don't have a window so poly with and inspections hatch maybe

I mainly went for the cover for storage really. it take s 10 minutes to put on and 10 minutes to take off. the straps is what takes the time. as I have added about 25 straps around the cover. when I store it
I can get it to about 4 feet by 4 feet. so easy to hide for the summer. in my filter house. if I had built a frame I had no where to store it. it would have been an eyesore. even though most build a frame.
like take the last few nights. -4 0r 5. my pond is still 7 degrees plus. I leave to gaps at one end to gas off. if the pond water temp drops to below 4 degrees. I would strap them up tight and just keep a more vigilant eye on it.
I went 20 years with out a cover. but that was in ground pond. this one is 2 1\2 feet above ground. and lets more cold in. so a cover was needed. its done the job though. I had a e mail the other week. and them companys that stopped selling covers. are back making them now. like absolute koi. which is good for the hobby. mine came from wigan area. swimming pool place

LOL nice one Fred.
It's that cold down here that the flame on my lighter froze!!!
Just been a bit busy with work related things recently plus to get to the tank requires moving stuff out of the garage that I need a skip to get rid of when I get the time and the weather is OK.

We're due some warmer weather this week so decided it was time for a shave as the girlfriend keeps calling me a 'hairy mammoth' I think she means a 'woolly mammoth' LOL Not sure the last time I had a shave but I found some Christmas pudding in the sink afterwards!!! Could have been worse, could have been turkey
