    make some

grab a piece of pipe and some of this

5mm Black Smooth ABS Sheet A4 297 x 210 Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Sheet | eBay

drill a 2" hole and put the pipe into the hole

for glue use some standart pipe glue, or put a small piece of abs plastic in a jar and pour some acetone on it (cover the plastic) put the lid on and leave for a couple of days and you get a great glue for plastic (melts it together)

Been fairly busy last week or so.
BD and skimmer pipework in place.

Done a bit of adjusting with the existing cabin too.

Got part of the garden finished. The rest looks like Steptoe's yard!

    Have yet to:
    dig sump out.
    Lay waste pipe work.
    Get ground properly levelled.
Construct frame for when concrete comes.
    Lay reinforcing mesh.
    Place manhole
    Pour concrete
    Erect the filter house.

And that's only half way ready for next year when we get onto the actual pond.

So sorry for the "other than pond pics"!! We will get to the good bit eventually!

    Thanks guys.

Yes it is keeping us very busy. Hate it that the days are drawing in tho. It's quite a struggle trying to get much done when I'm working or at uni most days

The hubby done a bit more today while I've been for more parts.

That's the sump to waste pipe, and 2 rainwater drains for shed roof.
Qt waste, drum waste, pond overflow and sink waste still to go in.

Water supply pipe for sink and RO unit also put in.

    Sump done.

Ready for the concrete to be pumped on Tuesday.

Is it tempting fate to not cover this with a tarp???

Oh and the pump house has arrived and is randomly placed in pieces in the garden, and will have to guess what goes where as it came with NO INSTRUCTIONS!

If you have any bits left over at the end then you've done it wrong.......
