That was plan A but I thought I’d ask, you never know and if someone had the spares it’s a far tidier solution

Hi DJ,this is the only thing I could find,it is a solvent straight connecter and it says
    PVC D 63 PN 1.6
think it is too big for you.

I think what you want is a Female to Female plain union in 1.5" and 3/4" and then just use the female threaded half to screw onto the ball valves. I looked on Coastal Koi and they do 1.5" and 1" for pressure pipe but not 3/4" I'm not saying they don't exist but may just that Coastal Koi don't sell them. I'm fairly sure that when I fitted the waste hose to my Eazy Pod I just robbed the female threaded side of either another ball valve or a female to female plain union and it screwed straight on no problem.

Will have a check later to see if they are interchangeable as I'm sure I've got some spares in the garage to try.

I finally got round to checking the valves and fittings last night and found that the female to female unions don't fit so you will need a set of fitting off the correct sized valves which probable means searching ebay or buying some new glands.

Sorry I was sure I had used the female to female fittings so tried both 1.5" & 2" on the 1.5" valve I had.

You will probably find that the price of a new valve is very similar to the price of a rubber boot for the smaller valves so may be worth checking it out as it will be a better fit if you can get the right parts?
