Large Koi tank and office space for rent West Sussex
Hi All,
I purchased my home two years ago and it has a large Koi tank in the garden and a summer house which had previously been used as an office.
The tank is made from brick and wood with some filter boxes, wooden nets and side window. The summer house looks like it has some sort of alarm system inside. They need a little TLC but I haven't done anything to them since moving in. The tank was emptied but has since filled again with rain water. Garden is secure in quiet area in Littlehampton.
I am looking to rent the office space and tank if anyone is a local breeder or looking to start up a breeding business. Probably looking for £300pm.
