I agree. This is perfectly possible if you plumb the bypass correctly in order to create the correct flow and back pressure as shown in the diagram below. Read more about how to correctly bypass equipment such as heat exchangers and heat pumps etc. on this link:

Anyone who can competently do pond plumbing could do this for you, there's nothing special about it except that I recommend wheel type gate valves rather than slide valves or ball valves because gate valves are easier to set to any desired flow rate. However, you should tell them that you would need to replace the flexi pipe with 1.5 inch BSP pipe in order to get enough flow through the heat pump.

What size pump would u recommend
One on pic is 550
Or would a flow rate pump be better
And thanks for advice

You will need a pump that will easily give the flow through the heat pump that is recommended by the manufacturer or the flow switch will not operate and switch it on.

Has your skimmer got a basket etc. in it? It's not ideal to put water that is not clean through your heat pump.
As Manky says above, plumbing them in is a really trivial job for someone used to doing pond plumbing. You just need to make sure you've ordered enough bends, T's and valves to do it in the space available.2016 new 6000 gallon pond

This need not be a problem. You just need to check the recommended flow rate with the manufacturers or suppliers of the heat pump and then check with the manufacturers or suppliers of the pump to see if it's suitable.

Was also thinking of a sieve
Coming from one of the outlets
The heater then back thru other outlet on pic
Outlets are half way down pond so weight of water there’s a good flow
Coming out

Sorry I didn't mean to repeat what you had just said. I must have seen it just before you posted so my reply came just after.
