Stainless steel stuff
Hi not sure if this is the correct place to advertise my services so if not allowed admin please delete.
I'm a welder fabricator by trade and I can virtually make anything out of stainless, aluminium or mild steel .
I have made , mostly for friends and family , bits and pieces, mostly blades and guards for friends with ponds.I'm wondering if anyone on here might be interested in things like skimmer guards, water blades window frames, indeed anything you can think of for pond use. I have seen the prices of this stuff and I'm sure I can make most things for a lot cheaper than you can get it, depending what grade stainless you want 304 or 316 ( I have used 304 on one particular blade for a friend and after 3 years it still looks brand new)I have my own welder and small work shed in the garden where I make things, i have the use of folders guillotines in work. I build and race model petrol rc power boats so I have to make custom exhausts for them.
If anyone is interested please pm me with their needs and we'll go from there

I'm based in Plymouth, Devon never gave it a thought to offer to make stuff for other koi keepers until the other day when I saw some chap on here selling disks for easy pods, I have actually made a stainless one and it's been in use for, must be nearly 3 years now works a treat as I too was fed up with the k1 ending up in the settlement chamber. Anyway glad to offer/help or make/ repair any thing pond related distance could be my biggest drawback but never know

Hi audi
How much do you reckon you could knock a Bakki shower out at?
I’m a steel erector/ welder fabricater but only on mild steel, and big gauge stuff, I have asked my boys in the workshop if they could knock something up,if I supplied materials but were so busy atm, we don’t have time for personal projects lol

I would also be interested in a shower if you were able to do some.
need a custom one to fit a specific space.
i was going to build my own plastic one but stainless would be better

Hi yeah sure send me specs or rough sketch and we'll go from there also what materials u want. Generally 304 grade is good for that but if u want 316 I'm sure we can sort it out

Regards showers I'm a bit limited on space to do those and in all honesty they are either laser/water jet cut, I can get stuff laser or water cut. I have thought of one for myself but like I said I'm limited on space. Maybe in the near future if this takes off its a possibility. How much are showers to purchase anyway ?
Tbh I found I were to build them I would use 316 which is expensive, generally companies who make this stuff buy materials by the truck load so for instance if I wanted to buy a 8 x 4 sheet of 2mm 316 I would be looking at £100 plus and u soon swallow up sheets making showers where as a company buying it in bulk would only pay say £50-60 a sheet

I can make them however you want just mail me a drawing of what material/dimensions you want. What do u want for the inlet usually I do tank connectors either pressure pipe or waste or stainless threaded nipple
