Thanks for the orders folks.
It would be great to get some honest feedback (I can take it, I promise)
If you have used us what did you think of the service?
If you considered using us but didn't what put you off?

Water Testing
Hi Tommy,
Thanks very much.
We're away for a week but after the 25th if you PayPal me the money we'll get a bottle straight out to you (to the address you specify in PayPal). You then fill the bottle (from your pond ) and send it back in the prepaid envelope and as soon as we get it back we test it and email you the results. By default we send it to the email address the PayPal payment came from but we can send it anywhere you wish.

just a question.... if you post water samples does the chemistry not change over time?

Not significantly.
We did a lot of testing before we started offering the service.
We can turn the samples round pretty quickly and use first class post so there's normally only a two or three day delay before the tests are done and none of the tests we offer changed significantly over double that time. It is important not to leave air in the bottle though (which we state in the included instructions).
But that is one reason we don't offer chlorine, we believe that does change. Which is a shame as we think people would find that useful (especially as we've got an excellent low level test for it).

hi John are you still offering this service? the last test you did for me was spot on, and showed me my ammonia and nitrite dropper tests where well out. I did have a look at them and found they were out of date.

Hi, sorry, only just saw the last two posts.
I'm not offering the service at the moment.
I use a Palintest 7100 when I do.
