I used to use a tiny amount in my water storage butt for my old discus tank. When I say tiny amount i mean literally tiny I used to use the end of a teaspoon handle as a scoop so I had about a 1cm long pile. Was good for de sliming the butt. It neutralises after a day or so but is pretty nasty stuff so be careful

Chloramine T
Kusuri Chloramine T can be used for the treatment against White Spot, Costia and bacterial Gill Disease, as well as the reduction of pathogenic bacterial levels.
Do not use below 12.5°C (54.5°F).
Dosage: 5g per 1000 gallons (4564 Litres) of pond water. Dosage to reduce pathogenic bacterial levels in pond water. Repeat after 24 hours for a maximum of 5 days.
Dosage: 15g per 1000 gallons (4564 Litres) of pond water. Dosage to reduce parasite levels in pond water. Repeat after 24 hours for a maximum of 4 days. This treatment regime can be repeated after 14 days if necessary.
Caution: Please check your pH and KH prior to using as Chloramine T can be very toxic in soft water. If your pH is below pH7 (acid) and has a general hardness below 6°dH (soft water) reduce the dose by 75%. Do NOT use with salt. DO NOT OVERDOSE. Over dosing can cause fish fatalities.
Fill a clean watering can with pond water, calculate the correct dose then add Kusuri Chloramine T.
Slowly apply to the pond over a 1 hour period, this will prevent shocking the pond with a highly concentrated dose.
Switch off UV steriliser until course of treatment is complete.
Do not use below 12.5°C (54.5°F).
Do NOT overdose as this may cause fish fatalities.
hope this helps copied and pasted of Kusuri site. if for parasites 15g dose. 1000gallons
if for bacterial 5g 1000gallons

if using nt labs chloromine T . different dosage on 1000gallons
NT Labs Chloramine T reduces bacteria and parasites in pond water. Use NT Labs Koi Care Chloramine T during cold weather in autumn and spring to keep parasitic protozoa numbers low in ponds until fish are stronger, more active and can resist them better.
At low temperatures, when fish are slow, their immune system is sluggish. Parasites can compromise the fish before their defences have become fully active after the water has warmed up.
Dosage Rates:
To treat bacterial infections use at a dose of 10g per 1000 gallons for 3 days.
- NT Labs Chloramine T 50g - Treats up to 7575 litres / 1667 gallons
- NT Labs Chloramine T 250g - Treats 37885 litres / 8333 gallons
- NT Labs Chloramine T 440g - Treats 66675 litres / 14667 gallons
To treat parasitic infections use at a dose of 20g per 1000 gallons for 4 days.
- NT Labs Chloramine T 50g - Treats up to 2840 litres / 625 gallons
- NT Labs Chloramine T 250g - Treats 14205 litres / 3125 gallons
- NT Labs Chloramine T 440g - Treats 25000 litres / 5500 gallons
