fluke solve is best I think.
ive used fluke m before, it was useless.

Get the Fluke Solve in some hot water and run it through the blender or a smoothie maker, mixes it up very well indeed.
Then add to a bucket of pond water and go from there.

fluke solve can be used at temps down to 3 degs much easy to mix than fluke m , just add and mix to a watering can of pond water plus can deal with tric aswell

Thanks for all your advice
been out of koi keeping for 6 years and new products have appeared so bit confused
seems like I can only pick up fluke m or fluke p tommorrow
ive used fluke m in the past but think I needed a second dose
need to dose tommorrow as the little fella was covered although the larger fish I scraped seemed clear
thanks again I'll post results in about 7 days

Fluke P is the same drug as Fluke Solve.
Some people have more success with one or the other.

Do you have a quaranteen? Flukes are opertunists and attack weakened fish there may be something else going on with this fish.
I treeted with Fluke M in my quaranteen on one occasion and although it was very effective at killing the flukes the fish still died6000g in ground koi pond
+3000g lily/Anoxic pond attached
29 koi (40 to 65cm)
Bottom drain, Mid water & Skimmer to Drum
JBR boichamber->Blue eco 500 pump ->below surface return.
Blue Eco 240 -> Large MB -> Waterfall -> Planted Anoxic pond (25 baskets)

Scraped the original worst 2 infected koi today
both completely clear off flukes
10per cent water change Sunday that's the end of the second 7 day treatment period and hopefully that's the end of thatat saga

Guys, one of my fish in the pond (a gorgeous sanke) has recently developed this issue (brown pigment to the skin). I haven't scraped yet as wanted to check with you guys first, do we think flukes?
Thanks,
Josh
