    Just out of interest Chris, have you got any water snails in your pond as they can carry parasites. I remember a while ago someone posted something about them as at the time they were meant to be good at removing algae.
    Hi again, just completed a couple of scrapes and trying to have a look through. No to the snails, we have none in the pond at all.

    Hi there, I tried to get some video footage but it didn't come out. There is movement within the slides as I view them but can't see why. I can confirm that the pics taken were taken without the objects moving as I studied them for a few mins prior to taking the photo. Does that help ?

    That looks like a body fluke to me but it's still difficult to see it properly as it's tight up against whatever that black line is.

    Video would be a great help if you can Chris.
