    Sick chagoi

I have a small chagoi about 5-6 inches he was off his food and lying clamped I had a scrape done and nothing was found but my fish were showing signs of parasites. I treated the pond with fluke solve. Yesterday I thought I might lose the chagoi, but this morning (48) hours after fluke solve he's up and about and trying to eat. But here's the thing for a week he's been sucking in food and then just spitting it back out. It's as if he can't chew. I've tried different foods and even flakes but he just won't keep anything in his mouth. Despite him looking more lively and picking up plenty of food this morning he just won't swallow and is getting extremely thin. Everyone else is fine

We've had a look and can't see anything. He's been quite a bit more lively today and is hoovering up food but still seems to be spitting it out. Just hope he's taking something in to gain a bit strength.

Maybe you need to anaesthetise it and take a better look down its throat
