Hey Ajm, your nitrite levels are a little high for the long term. They need to be lowered to close to zero as possible. Don't ignore it as it will cause problems.

Couple of water changes. And no grub. Should bring nitrite down.

Should I be worried
I have a kikokuryu with the exact same lump in same place just like that ogon of yours bud. Looks like its got a golf ball in its belly at one side ay. I was a bit worried at first but its still going strong 3 yrs on with no issues so in my opinion dont worry. It could be a tumor which is the synopsis i was given when i asked but its not grown anymore, only in tune with the fishes overall growth rate, no smaller no larger. I think its just a natural defect with mine and probably is the same with yours. Hope youve sorted the nitrite it can be a pain but it will get there, just got to keep your eye on the ball while its hanging around.
Heres a link to my post on the lump on my fish ajm

Yeah as said above a tumour is always a possibility. Usually if they have a lot of eggs the swelling tends to be more general and symmetrical rather than a lump in one place. How hard is the lump when you gently squeeze it?
If it is a tumour then there may not be much you can do other than hope it is benign and slow growing. If the fish is swimming normally and feeding then there is no need to consider euthanasia. Surgery is technically possible but not many vets are doing it and it would be quite costly with no guarantee of sucess.
Have a feel of the outside of the gill plates to see if they are rough or not. Males at this time of year will generally feel a bit rough like samd paper whereas females will be smooth.2016 new 6000 gallon pond

Should I be worried
Some good points there feline
This is mine today mate she/hes a bit washed out in the colour department but has grown well and still has its golf ball lump.
Not best pics and i think the water movement makes it looks alot worse in the 2nd pic, it doesnt look that bad in the flesh.
It has no issues swimming, eating and just doing the normal day to day koi way of things hopefully yours will be a similar case.
