My Koi's mouth looks like its rotting away

I have ano outdoor pond which holds 9,000 litres of water and we have 27 fish. One of our koi's mouths seemed to go oddly shaped. We had tried various treatments salt bath, ulcer treatment and fugus/ parasite treatment and nothing has worked. The ph and nitrate levels are coming out fine. I don't know what to do. It now looks like half its mouth is gone
I have a photo but am unsure how to add it

Sorry to hear about your koi's health issue, Sarahkate.

Others, here, are better-placed to guide you on that topic, but I can assist you with posting images in your posts:

    Hi there sarahkate.
    A couple of initial questions-
Do you have a quarantine tank this fish could receive separate treatments, and possible heat in?
A photo would help. But mouth rot is often bacterial SECONDARY to an issue with water quality or parasites.
We need a list of your most recent water test results (even if you think are ok).

Next question- do you have the ability to take a mucus/slime scraping of your koi and look at it under the microscope?
If the answer to this is no- then you do have various options including getting in someone who knows what they are doing, or a local koi club volunteer, or learning to do this yourself.

That sounds like a lot of fish for the volume of water. You dont mention how big they are but they will grow....and grow !
