Chilo - when it gets a hold is a fast killer. and one of the issues is that to get to grips with it meds wise can tip them over the edge so it is a white knuckle ride with fingers crossed.
I am old school and use generic dosages of 10ml of 2% malachite per 176gallons and 10ml of 38% formalin per 150gallons as a base. The NT is weaker on the malachite side,I can understand this as you don't want to OD on malachite.
If you are up against it I would have a try with ICC from Product Page, get some salt in at half oz per gallon.

Thanks for the help Dave. It really is heart breaking how fast they die from this. Extremely sad
More and more bugs are becoming semi resistant to these chemicals it seems and Nt Labs FMG seems to be to weak on some cases.
I will try your dose levels and i assume these Gallons you speak of is UK Gallons?

Hi, When Chilo gets a hold then it is brutal - I don't think that it is a resistance thing with this particular critter (unlike flukes), it always has been fairly hard to shift... The dosages I mentioned are the historical "standard" MGF make up in UK Gallons. The malachite element doesn't want to be increased so get it spot on, the formalin side is a tad more flexible. BUT as I said sorting the issue, particularly when it is well advanced can be an uncomfortable ride.
You can help them through the real tough time when the formalin is active (24 hours ish ) by adding as much air as possible to the tank.
Good luck and stick at it
