    Sodium Thiosulphate doesage after PP treatment

    hi, i normally use hydrogen peroxide however i now have sodium thiosulphate to neutralise the pp, i have search all over and cant find the dosage to neutraize 2ppm of pp
    please could somebody help

    edit sodium thiosulphate wont make your water clear again like hydrogen peroxide will, no matter how much you put in, but it does safely neutralise the p.p very quickly.

    yes, its ultra safe stuff to use anyway, you cant over dose unless you threw tons in.
    If I p.p I just chuck a handful of s.t in and leave it for 15 minutes to see if I need anymore .

    Thanks guys pond is now brown how long will that take to clear roughly thanks again

    its slow to clear up, it depends how good your mechanical filtration is as to how long it will take to clear, first few days it looks like mud, then over the next few days you start to see it coming back a bit each day, itll take more than a week though.
