What’s this?
Being plagued (slight exaggeration) by these critters, any ideas what they are?

Crane fly are clumsy but harmless.
The ones that fly into the pond get eaten immediately, same with anything else, even dragon flies.
When a wasp dived in I had to race my Shiro to it, luckily I got there first.

Do you know that dragon flies or crane flies have a highly toxic venom but seeing that they dont have a means to bite or inject due to having no mouth they are harmless..

One of those daft insects that serve no useful purpose except to annoy humans. Maybe I need to find some kind of creature that will eat them and keep it as a pet?
