    Kanundra

    Hi Dawn,
John has informed me that you might be able to help me access his Seneye.
Every time I click his Seneye on his thread it comes up on my computer but when I click it my Log in comes up.
Is there a way round this.
    Derek

We had the same problem didn't we Dawn? I'm hoping your (younger) memory is better than mine
If you don't get anywhere Derek, try emailing support@seneye.com

When I click your Seneye link the browser tab starts to open with your page, but then it switches to my Seneye page mid-load. So I can't see your data either John

    John Kitching Seneye.

Hi John have been in contact with seneye and they do not have any ideas how to view your seneye other than.
If John is able to log in correctly on his PC, then it will be local to your PC.
Can you understand what they mean by this.
The only other way is, if you let us log in to your seneye using your password,
    and your logging details.
    Derek.

    Hi Derek,
That's a rather strange response from them.
I'd believe it might be settings on your PC if everyone else wasn't having the same problem.
I'm certainly not passing out my password
You could try clearing your browser cache. If you don't know how to do that tell me what browser you have (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari usually) and I'll give you the details.

It used to be easy. But the only way you can when view another seneye readings is from a different computer to the one you use to log in. As your browsers remember everything and just redirect to yours. Weird huh I know.

Other than that, sorry. Not sure why the guys would say as they have. Try looking at someones from a phone or other computer see if it works then.

    Delete Cache

My Browser is Chrome 33 the most current version, still unable to get your Seneye readings do you know if other Exstreme members are able to access your Seneye readings.
Delete cache must be working as I have to sign in again to use this site.
    Derek.
I will try that Dawn on Saturday when I make a visit to the new lady in my life, Maureen.
