how thick is your polycarbonate pond cover?
I'm currently looking at building a polycarbonate pond cover.
what thickness do most people use?
as looking at some websites there doen't seem to be much difference in thermal performance between 25mm and 35mm?

Last time I went for 25mm, partly insulation but mainly further strength when it gets snow on if laid flat

Hi DTF,
I went for 35mm, added strength and hopeful of better insulation..... i did have a look about and the best price i could find was from the Roofing Superstore, these panels also come with the edges taped where others did not from what i could see, cheers Steve.

thanks for the replies,
Looking at the prices on your link smartin per 1.2 x 3 mtr panel there is only about £15 difference in it... £96 vs £111
for 25mm to 35mm.
so 35mm looks the way to go...
