    Air pump really noisy

    Hello

over the weekend due to the heavy rain got some water in my air pump.

Dried it out and switched it back on but now it is really noisy

Do they have any lubricants in the pump part or have I tightened the diaphram too tight

    Anyone have any suggestions

    its a Jebao 100 litre

    thanks

    Jim

is it by any chance a pa100,if so mine did this last year, turned out after taking lid off it was a plastic tag that i think is some sort of safety thing that had flicked out of its seatiing, its located right at top of pump, like a switch,i just pushed it back into place and been fine ever since,,,,andi

    will look into that

I notice there was the inner workings of the pump after taking off the rubber gasket and that could be switched to favour the left electro magnet coil or the right but impossible to get it to seat directly in the middle of them both.

Will look out for this switch

    thanks

when you take the top off there is a black rubber part on top of pump workings that lifts off,the switch is a white piece of plastic or i think youve seen it as the switch to favour either coil, this need to be sat in middle,i used a flat screwdriver to push it back into middle,,,,,andi
