Plus one for the Apex. I also bought the camera with it just plug it into your laptop and have a full screen view. Much easier than squinting through the eye piece for an hour plus.

There's a microscope in the for sale section, not sure if still available but it comes with a camera:

    Doubt there's much difference.

The Apex does the job and as its brand new I'd probably stick with it.

They do a separate minigrab for it so you can view on a screen. Been waiting ages for a used one to come up cheap but no luck so far.

Makes sense you can’t beat brand new

would this do the trick for koi? comes in a box with some basic stuff and the camera for PC viewing? comes in around £100 less than the Apex and seems like it does the same job with magnification?

Brunel microscopes also make the Apex, so that's why they look so similar.
The Bresser scopes have poorer quality optics. You get what you pay for tbh. Although the Apex is remarkable value for money when I compare mine with the £5k microscope I use at work.

Also when i use mine with the basic
celestron 360. Software for windows . I thought the use on my
    Screen was crap.
And i went back to useing it with eye
    Piece.
Then i found some software. And it improved it 10 fold.
    What a differance.
So look around. And try different software. Thats compatible with your computer and grabber eye piece.
