Strange silver marks
So a lot of my fish have strange silver marks, almost like gin rin. An orange ogan that never used to be looks almost full on gin rin, many other scaled fish have the silver marks. Even doitsu are getting the silverish looking marks at the edge of the big scales.
Fish are fine, it just looks strange.
Anyone else have anything that looks like this? Any specific parasites that could cause this?

It's not the best, but I'd rather not be netting them this time of year unless necessary. They are all swimming about and eating fine, none are sulking, just not sure about these marks.

The scaled ones that have the marks look kind of like they have scratched themselves or bashed against something. It's odd as it's just on odd scales here and there which makes it hard to believe it's from scratching.
I know it's hard to see from my poor picture and I don't really want to be stressing them out this time of year unless I really have to. I did try to get some pics of others but they were not being helpful.
I may just be over thinking things as they seem fine and are not sulking at all. I will keep a close eye on them and if things start going pear shaped I shall get some out for scrape and pics.

Well I had no choice, i had to get some out today after my karashigoi developed a raised scale. Not impressed at all.
Several scrapes off 3 fish and nothing was found thankfully.

Have you noticed them flashing a lot? What are your water parameters. Sometimes you can get issues even when parameters are still OK, just trace nitrite does it for me, fish are very sensitive to change. Could your supply water have changed?

A major new pipe line is being installed near by diverting water from one place to another, it's about 50 miles long and won't be finished for some time. We have had pretty inconsistent water this year with the dry spell going from reseviour to boar hole, soft to hard.
I purchased a new larger dechlorinator to hopefully help combat any issues, I guess I best start checking more frequently just in case.
Watched them for a few hours yesterday and noticed no flashing.
I shall do all checks for pond and tap shortly.

Tests seem fine. KH is low but my tap water normally is low, so I have a constant trickle.
