Aching all over
I was a bit like that last night Andy, although clearly I didn’t do quite as much as you!!
I get the impression from the Facebook Groups that there is a fair bit of interest this year.
Rob.

The late actor and writer Colin Welland, I remember being interviewed on the radio decades ago.
He said when you get past the age of forty, when you wake up in the morning, the first thing you do is contemplate suicide.
I usually play golf three times a week with mostly members of similar ages . Our pre-game warm-up is a cup of coffee and two paracetamols in the pro shop."The information's out there,

I'm 48 and felt like that for quite a few years, thanks to my increasing sedentary lifestyle.
I loathe exercising for exercising's sake... it's just so dull.
Earlier this year I built a patio and tiny pond. That improved my fitness/strength a little. Then we introduced our four little koi.... now I've spent the last couple of months digging a their new home, barrowing dirt/rocks and laying blocks. I still ache (probably more so!) but I'm loving it because it's genuinely productive. I've lost a load of weight, feel so much fitter and healthier... and a little less guilty about my wine/gin/whisky intake
After the pond, I now have a long list of projects I'd like to undertake (while I'm still able!), mostly building stuff
If we hadn't bought the koi I'd probably be back to sitting on my arse every evening... which probably doesn't end well.
I've been saved by four tiny koi .

I spent a lifetime of working mostly on my feet. I played squash for a club team until I was fifty.
I dug this out on my own with a spade at the age of 45.

Golf is good exercise, if nothing else, it's a walk of about four miles in the fresh air, in good company..
Golf isn't much good for my bank balance either at £1,000 a year for membership before you hit a ball.
I've also just replaced my 18 year-old leccy golf trolley. It was like "Trigger's brush," the only thing original on it was the frame. I've also bought a new driver and golf bag, So no change out of £800."The information's out there,

Every day feeding container?
Good shout, I'll have a look at Takazumi :)
