Stuffed..
Missus is on a works night out etc so i thought i will have a take away for tea..
Spoilt for choice and not wanting to over do it so i went for the following..
Large seekh on a nan.
Side salad n the mild sauce..
Portion of jockeys whips as i knew the missus would want some but nope she didnt..
Portion of samosas with side salad..
I Couldnt manage to eat it as all that salad totally stuffed me to the brim....
Why oh why do they over do the salad...
Dont often eat a take away if we do its usually fish n chips on a day out....

Sounds like your eye's were bigger than your belly Ant lol
Occasionally when I order a takeaway and the girlfriend's not around I have to make sure I get enough to get past the minimum amount so they will deliver which is £20 so I'll have Samosas Onion Bhajis and Chicken Tikka for starters, special rice, depending on how I feel either a Chicken Madras or a Chicken Vindaloo 3 poppadoms and maybe a Peshwari Naan. Most times I'm thinking save the Samosas and Bhajis for the next day but more often than not I'll eat the lot and maybe top it off with an ice cream for dessert.
After that lot I feel like Mr Creosote from Monty Python's The Meaning of Life lol

LOL it's all just a matter of what you call a large amount at the end of the day as I know people that can go into a cafe and order the biggest breakfast on the menu and still have room for more.
I do try to save the samosas and bhajis until the next day as they are OK to eat cold could do the same with a vindaloo as that's never cold lol

Once you work you way up to it you don't really notice it to be honest Ant. You just have to keep on the Phalls though or you will have to work back up to them again. Some places will even spice a Phall up even more once you've got used to them.
Vindaloos are my limit at the moment as you have to have had a few beers before even trying to tackle the big one lol
The way to go is just keep going as long as you can with them and don't make the mistake of having a drink then trying again as it will be even hotter after that as you've cooled your mouth down. Once you stop that's it give up and then have a drink and get the wife to stick a toilet roll in the fridge for the next morning lol
Once you're used to them you don't have the same problem.
