You just cant beat the gentle giant varieties ay i dont think a pond is complete without one. If i could only have 1 variety of koi it would be chags love em. your hirasawa is doing well by the sounds too mate.

I know its going off the subject Lee but as i am not very good at recognising names of koi and i have some in the grow on if i put up some photos up can you identify them for me.

I've managed 2 out of 4 (can't wait to spring to get some more ) but lost on these 2 probably easy every day koi but my head isn't that good hands work head dosnt . Any help please

Running heater at low temp?
Covering the pond with polycarb should be enough to stop water temps dipping below 6C for the most...
