    defo don't want that happening, is there now way you can find out if that would do the job even if the recesses were a bit bigger. put my window into sleepers touch would had no probs so far, a few pics in my post below

    23mm mine is mate got from a place in hull names escapes me, was around £300

    They get there glass from tuffx why not cut out the middle man.

    My quote from tuffx was for a 1600 x 650 x 25mm thick window was just under 150 quid including delivery.

    Going to put rebuild on hold going to get a piece from Atlantic gardens for 170 not bad realley

    21mm thick 900 x 600mm small but haven't funds for owt bigger
