Hi guys & gals,
I need some help please. I have been trying to find a seconhand filter for my pond. I have 10,390 ltrs & by next summer it should be heavily stocked. My problem is that i don't know which type of filter to buy ; multibay (kockney koi etc) or aqua pod ( nexus evo etc).
What type of filters do you run & how do they perform ?
Your thoughts will be very much appreciated & taken into consideration in making my final decision.
jonathan.

hi i used to have a 4 bay on mine and it was a nightmare for cleaning
so i bought a nexus which tells you when it needs cleaning and is very good
but the 4bay came in useful for filling with k1
no more sponges to wash anymore ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Its all down to what budget you have. As long as you buy the filter that handles the correct volume or more and carry out regular maintenance then any should work. I am going to use a Nexus 300 easy which handles upto 7000 gallons but yet my pond will be around 4300 gallons. As everyone says you can never overfilter.
